Our story

It all started with 8 houses in Citraland.

Founded in 1998 as CV. Bina Cipta Griya, the company built 8 of 21 units in a Citraland housing development in Surabaya, earning a reputation for on-time, quality work. In 2004 it rebranded as PT. Gatera Surya, expanding into large-scale industrial warehouses and showrooms — all guided by the same standard of effective, efficient, and trustworthy work.
